A proprietary concern established in the year 2003 by Rtd. Col. H.S. Gujral (Ex-proprietor), who served for 30 years as a Colonel in Indian Army and Mr. Vikrant Ugaonkar who having long-standing experience in security Industry. presently he is a Proprietor. This experience put him in good stead, so far as the knowledge of SECURITY is concerned.
M/s. New Jwalla Security Force (AN ISO 9001:2015 Certified Agency) commenced its operation in security services under registered/impaneled with DGR (Ministry of Defense), Army Head Qtr, New Delhi. Col. Gujral & Mr. Ugaonkar by dint of long-standing experience is well-tuned to accept challenging assignments and in conformity to the company’s motto “Your Trust and Peace Of Mind is our ACHIVMENT” the company is working without any compromise to norms of the company.

NJSF implements customized recruitment process to meet the needs of the clients. Before guard is deployed at client’s premises, he is scanned through strict recruitment process, internal as well as external verification, extensive training and counseling. The client is also allowed to interview the security personnel. We lay great emphasis on training because we believe that it forms the backbone of our organization.
